You express yourself in a million ways– through music, fashion, photography, design, art… Your passions. Rock Candy Music is a lifestyle blog that celebrates all forms of creative, personal expression– specifically style and music, and the (blissfully happy) marriage between the two. Music and style go hand in hand. Our personal styles sometimes reflect our tastes in music, and vice versa. Exhibit A: Indie musicians and fans favor a certain style (we won’t make any broad generalizations here, but you know who you are, skinny jean wearers), while hard rock fans have a completely different style altogether (does your tee-shirt ever get snagged on your eyebrow ring?). Musicians are some of our favorite fashion icons, and we use style to express ourselves the same way our idols do. Rock Candy Music wants to explore that reflection by taking a peek at some of our favorite music makers and showcasing their personal and musical styles. We’ll post interviews, photos, creative fashion ideas, artwork, music videos, and more from artists, producers, stylists, guest bloggers, and innovators, both in the spotlight and completely unknown.
And we’ll serve it all on the rocks.

At Rock Candy Music, we understand that you have a short attention span. So, we’ll try to keep the blog updated regularly with fresh content. Every Tuesday, Rock Candy Music will showcase some of our favorite new recording artists, either well on their way to the top or just on the first rung of the ladder.
